Daylight savings time not updating xp

It updates Daylight Saving Time (Yes it is Saving, not Savings) in these time zones: -Alaska Standard Time Zone-Central Standard Time Zone-Eastern Standard Time Zone-Mountain Standard Time Zone-Pacific Standard Time Zone-Atlantic Standard Time Zone (Canada)-Newfoundland Standard Time Zone (Canada) If we are missing another US timezone that supports daylight saving time, please let us know by emailing [email protected] utility can install, or uninstall the change.It runs without any setup and requires no extra DLLs or runtime.To get it to take, I copied the current Eastern Time Zone name but left off Canada so I could see the difference.Then I set the correct dates for the new standards and I applied it.
